Clinical Exposure & Microvascular Skills Training
Description
This program provides structured live OT exposure with opportunities to assist and perform reconstructive procedures under close supervision on real patients. Trainees gain hands-on experience in microvascular anastomosis, postoperative flap monitoring, and troubleshooting of flap-related complications, while developing essential microsurgical skills including microscope handling, ergonomic positioning, precise instrument control, and arterial and venous suturing for end-to-end and end-to-side anastomoses.
